ORDERS +

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Once you have placed your order on our website, we are unable to cancel your order.

 

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY EXISTING ORDER?
Once you have placed your order on our website, we are unable to make changes to your existing order.

 

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
Currently we accept Paypal, VISA, and Mastercard

 

WHEN IS MY ORDER DESPATACHED?
All orders will be processed and shipped from Australia within 24-48 hours of purchase during working days (Monday – Friday).

All orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or on a Public holiday will be processed and shipped the next working day.

During our sales or promotional events, the orders processed and shipment may delay due to the high volume of orders.

 

WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES FAULTY?

All of our item(s) are inspected carefully by us before being shipped, however in the unlikely event of you receiving a faulty item, please contact us immediately at orders@seaskape.com so that we can personally assist you. 

SEASKAPE reserves the right to classify what is deemed as faulty.

While your swimwear is made to last we do not accept liability and responsibility for general wear and tear or issues that have arisen due to our care instructions not being followed such as:

  • Colour fading or running
  • Lack of elasticity
  • Burring or any pulling of the fabric
  • Deterioration of fabric
  • Dents to Neoprene bikini during transit of bikini

Please use caution around rough surfaces and be mindful of prolonged exposure to salt, chlorine and products such as tanning lotions and sunscreens.

SHIPPING +

WHO PAYS FOR THE CUSTOMS DUTY/TAX ON ARRIVAL?
You will be liable for ALL of the applicable costs of import duties, customs, taxes levied and customs holding by your country that your order is being shipped to. These will be due at the point of, or after delivery. Each country will be different.
This will also include the new exchanged items that we send out to you.

SEASKAPE will not be liable for these charges, and unfortunately they cannot be reimbursed or refunded by us.
If you are uncertain if you will be affect by any of these additional charges, we highly recommend that you contact your local customs office first.

From time to time there can be unexpected delays with customs and/or courier which may ultimately delay the delivery. 

 

WHERE & HOW TO TRACK MY ORDER?

  1. You will receive an email confirmation of your order
  2. A second email will be sent to you with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched

Please allow 12-24 hours for your information to update onto the website.

If you have not received an email with your tracking details, please email us at orders@seaskape.com quoting your order number. 

 

I MISSED THE FIRST DELIVERY?
If you are not home to receive your parcel, a card will be left in your mail box for collection at your local Post Office.

All Post Offices around the world will have a specified time frame for you to collect the parcels, and after that they will be sent back to SEASKAPE HQ Office in Australia.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES +

WHO PAYS FOR THE SHIPPING COST OF A RETURNED ITEM?
The customer will be liable for all the shipping and handling costs to return the items back to SEASKAPE HQ in Australia and is not covered or reimbursed by SEASKAPE.
We recommend that you visit your local Registered Post Office and send the items back with tracking. SEASKAPE will not be held liable for the loss of the parcel being returned to us. Any returned items that are not received by SEASKAPE will not be treated as a Return in full and therefore a Store Credit cannot be allowed.

 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS ADDRESS?
You will need to return your item(s) back to our SEASKAPE HQ Office in Australia.

Our full Returns Address is only provided to you once you have emailed our Returns Team – returns@seaskape.com with an existing order number.

 

HOW DO I RETURN MY BIKINI?

  1. Obtain a Return Authorisation (RA) number by emailing our Returns Team - returns@seaskape.com 
    Please quote your Order number
  2. All the remaining steps will be provided in that email

 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

SEASKAPE only offers Store Credits for purchases made on WWW.SEASKAPE.COM and we strictly do not offer refunds.

If you are wanting to exchange an item, you will have to send the items back and we will issue you a Store Credit, which you can then place a new order and purchase your preferred style, colour or size; provided it is available.
The following must apply:

  • Upon receiving your parcel, you strictly have 7 days to request for a Return
  • Returned in Original condition - unworn, unwashed, original tags attached, hygiene seal intact
  • Customer is responsible for ALL shipping costs of sending the returned items back to SEASKAPE HQ
  • We strictly do not reimburse for any shipping costs
  • Promotional items (10% & 15% discount code purchases) are applicable for a Store Credit
  • Sale items (Flash sales and orders purchased at a discount of 30% or more) are all FINAL
  • SEASKAPE will not be held accountable for any lost parcel being sent back to us for the return
  • In the event that your item is out of stock, a store credit will be issued to you and not a refund
  • We do not hold accountability for you selecting the wrong size or change of mind and a refund is not applicable. Our size chart is a guide only

SEASKAPE holds a very strict Returns Policy and reserves the right to deny any Returns if the items do not meet our Returns Policy requirements once assessed.

Absolutely! Our website is secured with SSL encryption which means that all of your data and credit card details will not be stored.

Unfortunately, we are not stocked in any physical stores across the world, and are only sold exclusively on our online store WWW.SEASKAPE.COM
